A-01 · Strategy & Growth

Decide where to grow, and how to win there.

Strategic planning, commercial excellence and M&A support for leadership teams that need a clear answer and a plan people can follow.

01The problem

Most strategies fail between the slide and Monday morning.

Priorities stay vague, the numbers behind them are thin, and nobody owns the first step. We start with the facts, force the hard choices into the open, and leave you with a plan that can actually be run.

02What's included

What you get.

  1. A-01.1

    Strategic plan

Where to play, how to win and what to stop. A three-year plan with targets, owners and a first 100 days.

  2. A-01.2

    Commercial excellence review

Pricing, sales coverage, channel and margin analysis, with specific fixes ranked by impact and effort.

  3. A-01.3

    M&A support

Target screening, commercial due diligence and integration planning, from long list to day one.

  4. A-01.4

03How it works

The engagement, step by step.

  1. 012–3 weeks

    Diagnose

Interviews, data review and a market scan. Our first hypotheses are on paper by week two, so you can push back early.

  2. 022–4 weeks

    Decide

Options, trade-offs and the numbers behind each, closed out in a decision workshop with leadership.

  3. 032 weeks

    Plan

Targets, owners, budget and the first 100 days, on one page and in detail.

  4. 04Optional

    Start

Support to run the plan, including the platforms, tools and automations it needs from our Technology team.

04Typical outcomes

What changes.

  • 01A strategy the leadership team agrees on and can explain on one page.
  • 02A ranked list of growth moves, each with sized upside.
  • 03A deal thesis tested against market evidence, not the seller's deck.
  • 04A plan with owners, dates and a way to track it.

05Pairs with Technology

When the plan needs building.

Strategy & Growth rarely ends with a report. These are the Technology services it most often hands to, in the same team.

Asked often.

How long does a strategy engagement take?

Typically six to ten weeks from kickoff to an agreed plan. Focused pieces, such as a pricing review or a target screen, take three to four.

Do you only advise, or do you help deliver?

Both. Our Technology team builds the platforms, tools and automations a strategy needs, so the plan doesn't stall at handover.

What do you need from us?

A sponsor on the leadership team, access to your data, and a few hours of your people's time each week. We do the rest.

Can you support a deal on a tight timeline?

Yes. Due diligence runs under NDA with a small named team and a timeline set around your deal, not ours.
