What we collect

Project inquiries: your name, email, organisation, role, and the details you share about your project, budget and timeline.

Report downloads: your email address and, optionally, your name.

Security: your IP address is processed briefly to prevent spam and abuse (rate limiting and, if enabled, Cloudflare Turnstile).

Why and on what basis

To reply to inquiries and prepare proposals (steps prior to entering a contract, and our legitimate interest in responding).

To send a requested report (your consent, which you can withdraw at any time).

To keep the site secure (our legitimate interest).

Who we share it with

Service providers who process data on our behalf: website hosting (Vercel Inc., USA) and email delivery of inquiries (Resend, USA). Where data is transferred outside North Macedonia and the EU, we rely on the provider's standard contractual safeguards. We do not sell personal data.

We don't currently use analytics, a newsletter service, a booking tool or a CRM. If we add one, we will update this policy first.

How long we keep it

Inquiries: up to 24 months after our last contact, unless we start working together. Report download requests: up to 24 months.

Your rights

You can request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your data, object to processing, and withdraw consent at any time by emailing info@dgs.mk. You may also complain to your data protection authority.
