EcoTech Efficiency: entering the North Macedonian market

EcoTech, a maker of invisible infrared heating panels, came to DGS to launch in North Macedonia. We researched the local heating and air-conditioning market to understand demand, competitors and buyers, then turned those findings into a clear market-entry approach. Finally, we designed and built their website, ecotech.mk, to present the product to Macedonian customers.

The client

EcoTech Efficiency makes infrared heating panels that are installed in ceilings and walls like regular drywall. Once the room is finished, the heating is completely invisible: no radiators, no pipes and no maintenance. Owners control it with a thermostat or from their phone.

The brief

EcoTech needed a website that explains what the product is and why it is different, for homeowners, builders and architects who are used to radiators and underfloor systems.

The product's main selling point is that you can't see it, which makes it hard to show. The site has to make an invisible system easy to picture and easy to trust.

What we did

Design

Our designers created the visual design for the site: page layouts, typography and the way the product is explained, from the first impression to the details a builder or installer needs.

Development

Our engineers built the site and launched it at ecotech.mk.
